Tiffany & Co. is hiring seasonal sales support in Vancouver. Join as a holiday brand ambassador and deliver luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and provide warm, welcoming hospitality to clients in line with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalized experiences to drive both sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist with engraving services, floor waiting lists, and client queuing management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospitality area and ensure supplies are fully stocked
- Support the sales team with gift wrapping, boxing, and packaging of merchandise
- Perform point-of-sale operations following completion of client purchases
- Replenish POS stations and gifting supplies to maintain store readiness
- Identify and communicate potential service issues to management
- Support operations team with inventory management, special projects, and adherence to operational policies
- Maintain neatness and organization of the sales floor and POS stations
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience required
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; entry-level to early career stage acceptable with relevant hospitality or client service background.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no further formal education specified.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 22 per hour.
