Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in Toronto — brand ambassador position with client service, POS, and retail operations support during the holiday season. CAD $18–$22/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through warm, attentive client interactions and serve as a positive brand ambassador during the holiday season
- Provide hospitality and personalized service to create memorable client experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Assist with engraving services, floor waiting list management, and hospitality area maintenance
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS operations, supply replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain organized, clean sales floor and POS stations throughout shifts
- Communicate potential service issues to management to ensure optimal client satisfaction
- Support operations team with procedural compliance, after-sales servicing, and inventory management as assigned
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc operational needs
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Proven retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent hospitality or client-facing background
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service orientation
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Comfort working with diverse clientele in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or luxury retail experience required, or equivalent hospitality and client-facing service background. Candidates must demonstrate comfort working non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 22 per hour.
