Tiffany & Co. is seeking a flexible, motivated seasonal team member to support its Prague store during the holiday season. The role supports hospitality and customer service, assists with appointments, and cares for merchandise inventory; it is a temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support a first-class in-store experience by warmly greeting customers, proactively offering refreshments, and preparing for and assisting with customer appointments.
- Provide positive, proactive customer service with a friendly manner and appropriate, reliable communication.
- Accurately and meticulously care for merchandise inventory and adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent Czech and very good English language skills.
- Ideally, experience in retail, cash register work, or similar roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
- A friendly and professional approach to a high-end clientele.
- Enjoys teamwork, is reliable, and is highly flexible regarding work schedule and workload.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
