Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Las Vegas. Holiday retail role supporting luxury jewelry client experience and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive sales and service excellence
- Assist with engraving services and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in immaculate, fully stocked condition
- Communicate operational concerns to management regarding client service
- Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping, POS operations, and supply replenishment
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated client service or hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States

Previous retail or luxury retail experience required. Capability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays essential. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment required.
