Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the hallmark Tiffany client experience to each visitor through attentive, personalised customer service.
- Support the sales team with client greeting, product presentation, and active selling/upselling at the point of contact.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, exchanges and returns in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts and back-of-house organisation to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and security procedures at all times.
- Participate in product and brand training to quickly acquire essential knowledge of jewellery, materials and craftsmanship.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak seasonal hours, to support store staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Entry-level eligibility; candidates with little or no prior retail experience are welcome.
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, client-oriented demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
- Right to work in Germany required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light manual tasks related to merchandising and stock movement.
- Currently enrolled students (Werkstudent) are encouraged to apply.

Experience
Entry-level position; suitable for candidates with little to no prior retail experience. Students and first-time retail workers are encouraged to apply.
Education
No formal degree required; current enrolment in a university or vocational programme (Werkstudent) is advantageous but not mandatory.
