Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out operations functions to support consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
- Capture and maintain client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence in coordination with sales professionals to optimize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management support
- Assist clients with repairs, special orders, engravings, embossing, and etching requests
- Demonstrate comprehensive working knowledge of Tiffany & Co. policies, procedures, products, and service offerings
- Maintain professional demeanor during all client interactions and execute timely follow-up activities
- Ensure average wait times are met while managing 20–25 client interactions daily and maintaining all security standards
- Execute daily operations tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning, and merchandise transfers
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up promptly and accurately on requests for product and service information, repairs, shipping, and inventory assistance
- Support operational efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity and providing feedback on process improvements
Qualifications
- Strong interest in operations and shipping processes within a large store environment
- Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Service Channel is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Entry-level or beginner experience; no specific prior experience in luxury retail required, though demonstrated interest in operations and shipping processes is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or operations-related coursework or certification is a plus.
