Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and safely unbox incoming orders from stores and clients, accurately processing each order in the operational system while maintaining Tiffany's standards for precision, safety, and quality
- Process completed service orders through systematic closeout, point-of-sale, packing, manifesting, and labeling steps to ensure accurate preparation and secure shipment
- Sort and organize items to support an efficient workflow and maintain an organized, secure workspace
- Manage supply inventory and meticulously organize documentation to support operations
- Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues and support a seamless repair experience for clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business experience with operational or distribution background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with shipping or operational systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities
