Role & Responsibilities
- Perform systematic packing functions adhering to Tiffany & Co. standards, ensuring orders are accurately and appropriately prepared for clients
- Maintain order and inventory integrity in accordance with established care and handling guidelines while securing company assets
- Scan cartons, verify correct labeling, and ensure proper securing of packages for outbound shipments
- Process domestic and international outbound shipments, complete online forms, and verify accurate shipping information accompanies every package
- Receive and process inbound shipments, acting as liaison to carriers during deliveries
- Perform merchandise picking, stocking, and return processing using warehouse management systems
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity requirements based on business needs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings (6:00pm–10:00pm Monday–Friday) and weekend shifts (7:00am–3:30pm Saturday–Sunday)
- Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks including lifting, carrying, and repetitive motion
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
- Ability to follow systematic processes and established care and handling guidelines

Experience
Beginner-level candidates welcome; no prior distribution or warehouse experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 17 per hour.
