Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled service and luxury etiquette, upholding standards of excellence across all client interactions
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and KPIs, pursuing new sales opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
- Develop client strategy to drive sales, loyalty, and memorable experiences through product knowledge and personalized service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic engagement, strategic questioning, and proactive service delivery
- Inspire clients through brand storytelling, effectively conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship and commitment to integrity
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and operational excellence standards including inventory, reservations, and care services

Qualifications
- Must currently hold right to work in the United Kingdom

Skills
Experience
Previous sales or service experience in a retail or contact centre environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong customer-facing aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent. Professional fluency in a second language (written and verbal) is a plus.
