Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted.
  • Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
  • Assist with engraving services and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
  • Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Assist with inventory management and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in client service and multitasking.
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
