Tiffany & Co. seeks seasonal sales support in Atlanta to deliver luxury client experiences during the holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive sales and service quality
- Manage floor waiting lists and coordinate guest services to optimize client flow
- Maintain hospitality areas to be fully stocked, orderly, and clean
- Assist with engraving services where applicable
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS functions, and post-purchase transactions
- Replenish point-of-sale and gifting supplies while maintaining organized sales floor and POS station areas
- Communicate operational and service issues to management to ensure optimal store performance
- Collaborate with operations team on after-sales servicing and compliance with store procedures
- Execute inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Proven ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent tasks
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred. Hospitality or customer-facing service background is advantageous. Beginner-level candidates with relevant customer service experience will be considered.
