Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Honolulu, USA — deliver exceptional client experiences, meet sales targets; hourly pay $20.40–$27.60 + commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary brand ambassador in every client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Touch and personalised service.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary client book; capture and update client data to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through proactive prospecting and appointment conversion.
- Deliver elevated in‑store experiences: curate appointments, style clients and create memorable moments that reinforce brand loyalty.
- Leverage clienteling and NPS feedback to refine service, optimise hospitality and convert opportunities across key product pillars.
- Operate POS and client tracking systems accurately and follow sales processes, including upsell and cross‑sell techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ client‑facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of commercial results.
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail, luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality roles with demonstrated achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 27.60 per hour.
