Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Vienna, VA. Drive luxury jewelry sales and client relationships with competitive hourly compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive lifetime client loyalty and spend through relationship development and repeat business cultivation
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data to personalize future interactions
- Deliver exceptional service through the Tiffany Touch, embodying the brand's commitment to excellence
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize the in-store experience
- Leverage key product pillars to drive business and communicate product knowledge
- Respond to client feedback and Voice of Client Survey insights to continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles (such as hospitality)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales results
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Ability to work flexibly with diverse clientele during non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
