Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor, part-time in Montreal. Luxury jewelry sales role requiring bilingual French/English proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the signature Tiffany Experience through every client interaction, employing personal flair and the Tiffany Touch to create extraordinary moments
- Develop and cultivate client relationships through active clienteling, capturing client data and fostering repeat business to drive lifetime loyalty and spend
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets while identifying innovative avenues for business growth
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences by demonstrating passion as a brand ambassador, leveraging client feedback to create memorable events, and optimizing store hospitality and amenities
- Drive sales conversion through curiosity and discovery, connecting with client wardrobes to style them appropriately and champion key product pillars
- Execute best practices aligned with the NPS (Net Promoter Score) program, translating client feedback into tangible improvements to the in-store experience
Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related sectors such as hospitality
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding commercial and sales targets
- Proven ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking software, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with passion for brand ambassadorship
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or related client-facing sectors such as hospitality is required. A proven track record of achieving commercial results and the ability to connect with diverse client populations are essential.
Education
A college or university degree is desired but not required.
