Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in London (Selfridges) to deliver luxury clienteling, omnichannel sales and exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, etiquette-driven luxury service to achieve individual and store sales objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and execute personalised client development strategies to drive sales, cross‑sales and long‑term loyalty.
- Curate memorable experiences through storytelling, product presentation, personalization and product care services.
- Ensure strict compliance with Tiffany & LVMH procedures and operational standards (inventory, reservations, transfers, care services).
- Use omnichannel tools and clienteling systems to identify, track and grow client relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold the maison’s standards of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating relationships with a diverse, high‑net‑worth client base.
- Demonstrable experience in omnichannel sales and clienteling initiatives.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Preferred: proficiency in multiple languages; college or university degree; Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework.

Minimum three years of client‑facing experience in a luxury retail environment or hospitality, with a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and executing clienteling programmes in an omnichannel context.
Education
Preferred: college or university degree. Graduate Gemologist certification or GIA coursework is a plus.
