Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HQ Retail Training Director to update and advise on seasonal education initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of training procedures and materials to assess their impact on store performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through sales results and client satisfaction feedback.
- Visit regional retail boutiques to work closely with Client Advisors and Regional Sales Directors.
- Observe Client Advisors' interactions with clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist Client Advisors in developing storytelling skills and personal narratives.
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate challenging client scenarios, such as overcoming objections.
- Implement various sales training techniques, including gamification, case studies, and group activities.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills, with luxury sector experience preferred.
- Availability to travel to retail stores as needed.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Capability to motivate Client Advisors to achieve sales goals.
- Additional certification in training is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
- Proven ability to work independently from direct management.
- Ability to assess business needs of a retail store based on specific KPI indicators.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant training role within the retail sector.
