Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage the store team to consistently achieve or exceed store and product-category sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide visible management presence on the sales floor, personally cultivating key client relationships and demonstrating sales leadership.
  • Drive client development and clienteling activities to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • Act as Guest Experience Manager by modelling, coaching and elevating the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) and acting on client feedback.
  • Recruit, train and retain top talent; deliver continuous coaching, performance feedback and implement recognition and performance management processes.
  • Oversee store operations and back-of-house processes to ensure efficiency, compliance with internal controls and excellent operational support to sales.
  • Assume overall store oversight in the Director's absence, including responsibility for team, operations and security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing leadership experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of generating sales and managing teams to achieve measurable sales results and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships to increase brand penetration.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
