Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail Team Manager in London (Harrods) to lead sales, clienteling and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and hold the sales team accountable for achieving store KPIs, including sales, client experience and operational excellence.
- Coach and develop Client Advisors on the sales floor through active mentoring, performance feedback and career development plans.
- Define and deploy sales and clienteling strategies across an omnichannel environment; ensure Client Advisors maintain and execute client development plans.
- Act as key holder; support store opening/closing procedures, workforce planning and ensure adherence to Tiffany and LVMH operational and compliance procedures.
- Deliver authentic brand storytelling to inspire clients and teams, reinforcing Tiffany’s craftsmanship and brand values.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor practices; cultivate community networks to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Propose pragmatic solutions to Store Leadership, support adoption of new tools and collaborate with headquarters on testing and roll-out of systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles with proven sales results.
- Demonstrable experience in clienteling and deploying sales strategies in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Preferred: college/university degree; Graduate Gemologist or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework; proficiency in multiple languages.
