Tiffany & Co. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Retail Team Manager (6-month maternity cover) to lead boutique sales and operations at The Gardens Mall.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets during the six-month maternity cover period.
  • Drive the store to exceed sales plans through proactive clienteling, portfolio development and personalised relationship management.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations including staff rostering, visual merchandising standards, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage profitability and operational efficiencies by monitoring sales KPIs, controlling expenses and supporting store-level P&L objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborate with regional teams to increase brand penetration and ensure adherence to Tiffany retail standards and brand compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience, with significant time in luxury retail, jewellery or related customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of people leadership, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and building sustained high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in store operations, sales forecasting and managing profitability and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong client development skills with an ability to cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships and grow a client portfolio.

Experience
