Tiffany & Co. Retail Support Coordinator role in Milan, Italy—VIE international program, 2-year contract starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing regional CRM and business development initiatives while monitoring performance through weekly and monthly dashboards and data reporting
- Support daily in-store activities and coordinate the rollout of updated work methods and headquarters projects to optimize service delivery
- Serve as key-user for internal software systems, providing regular training to store teams on new features and digital tools
- Drive customer loyalty programs and clienteling initiatives to improve long-term customer retention and enhance brand experience
- Partner with Retail Performance and Learning managers to identify growth opportunities and support team development initiatives
- Coordinate daily and monthly compliance checks to ensure all departments meet brand standards and operational key performance indicators
Qualifications
- International profile (non-Italian citizen) required for VIE program eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of previous retail experience encompassing both field-level and head office functions
- Strong understanding of retail store processes, procedures, and operational workflows
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Previous experience in CRM or Operations within a retail environment is highly advantageous
- Fluency in English (Italian language skills are valuable but not required)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, encompassing both on-the-floor store management and head office support functions. Prior exposure to CRM platforms, business intelligence, or operational analytics is advantageous. Evidence of successful implementation of process improvements or training initiatives in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience combined with demonstrated analytical competency may be considered.
