Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in defining, tracking, analyzing, and challenging key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Support store managers in establishing performance targets and developing action plans for top doors and boutiques, in alignment with central team guidelines.
- Contribute to strategies that enhance client satisfaction and foster clienteling practices for personalized customer experiences and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales data, inventory turnover, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity within data to support performance improvements and decision-making.
- Assist with implementing performance-related tools to support clienteling efforts and optimize customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for visibility into Retail performance.
- Promote best practices in Retail operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Retail performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, sales analysis, or a similar coordinator/analytical role.
