Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee uniform distribution for new employees and store launches, coordinating with vendors.
  • Support and monitor the implementation of on-site grooming guidelines.
  • Manage hospitality items such as chocolates and drinks to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Coordinate daily and monthly store cleaning operations with vendors.
  • Execute quarterly inventory reporting and retail system access reviews.
  • Review monthly open orders and report to the Hong Kong Shared Service Center.
  • Assist with in-store audit inspections to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Manage packaging order processes and stock levels at stores.
  • Coordinate supply order placements and vendor communications.
  • Assist in back-of-house setup and layout reviews.
  • Track and support retail operations budget planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail operations or store support within the luxury or fashion retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, and retail systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in retail operations, store support, or a similar role within the luxury or fashion retail industry is required.
