Tiffany & Co. seeks experienced Retail Operations Manager in Seoul to oversee luxury retail operations, systems, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all retail systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable performance improvements
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of retail operational policies, procedures, and strategic projects
- Ensure consistent application of luxury hospitality guidelines and brand standards across all retail touchpoints
- Drive Front-of-House and Back-of-House optimization initiatives, including inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention
- Manage vendor relationships, purchasing processes, and invoicing within approved budgets
- Oversee staff uniforms, grooming standards, and professional presentation reflecting luxury brand positioning
- Lead and manage new store opening projects from operational conception through successful launch
- Identify and implement innovative selling tools and technologies to enhance client engagement
- Mentor and develop a high-performing retail operations team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and global luxury brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 12 years of progressive retail operations experience, with substantial luxury industry expertise
- Proven track record in leading and implementing operational projects and initiatives
- Strong meticulous attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Open-minded, collaborative mindset with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to evolving business needs, and resolve complex problems proactively
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
- Prior experience leading flagship store openings or managing flagship operations highly preferred
