Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail Operations Manager in Seoul to lead retail systems, store operations and client experience across the network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise retail systems across the network, leading system projects from conception through implementation and training to ensure adoption and performance.
  • Develop, refine and enforce retail operational policies and procedures to deliver consistency, efficiency and brand-aligned governance.
  • Drive client experience excellence by identifying and deploying selling tools, enforcing branded hospitality standards, and overseeing uniform and grooming guidelines.
  • Manage store-level operational excellence including FOH/BOH layout optimisation, inventory storage solutions, administrative support and loss prevention processes.
  • Lead operational aspects of new store openings and cross-functional project execution to ensure successful launches.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, order and invoice processes within budget and purchasing guidelines.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing retail operations team, managing onboarding, training and career development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive retail operations experience, with a substantial portion in the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering operational projects and improvements.
  • Excellent business-level proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal).
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-up and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs and solve complex problems proactively.

Experience

Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in retail operations with significant exposure to luxury retail; proven leadership in operational projects and store opening programmes.
