Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Team in creating presentations and compiling guidelines and operational booklets for daily store processes
  • Participate in diverse retail projects and oversee assigned sub-projects independently
  • Conduct research on workplace safety, maintenance, uniforms, audit and compliance, logistics and customs, security, inventory, and after-sales services
  • Manage communication and coordination with external suppliers and assist in requesting quotations
  • Support the provision of resources required for daily store operations
  • Prepare materials for audit-relevant topics and monitor adherence to processes and standards
  • Collect feedback from store staff regarding international retail projects and synthesize findings into best practice recommendations for broader communication

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business administration or related degree programme
  • Seeking an internship placement, ideally for 6 months
  • Prior experience in project management and/or retail, preferably in the luxury goods sector
  • Strong communication skills with excellent deadline management
  • Proficiency in multitasking and task prioritization
  • Aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
