Tiffany & Co. Retail Operations Intern, Munich. Support retail excellence projects at luxury headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Team in creating presentations and compiling guidelines and operational booklets for daily store processes
- Participate in diverse retail projects and oversee assigned sub-projects independently
- Conduct research on workplace safety, maintenance, uniforms, audit and compliance, logistics and customs, security, inventory, and after-sales services
- Manage communication and coordination with external suppliers and assist in requesting quotations
- Support the provision of resources required for daily store operations
- Prepare materials for audit-relevant topics and monitor adherence to processes and standards
- Collect feedback from store staff regarding international retail projects and synthesize findings into best practice recommendations for broader communication
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business administration or related degree programme
- Seeking an internship placement, ideally for 6 months
- Prior experience in project management and/or retail, preferably in the luxury goods sector
- Strong communication skills with excellent deadline management
- Proficiency in multitasking and task prioritization
- Aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or project management experience in the luxury goods sector preferred; foundational understanding of retail operations and business processes is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
