Tiffany & Co. Retail Manager position in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Lead luxury retail sales team and drive profitability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profitability targets whilst maintaining positive audit control results and favorable return on investment
- Develop and execute sales strategies using performance data, identify growth opportunities, and increase conversion rates
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff through regular feedback, professional development, and performance management
- Conduct frequent store visits to evaluate operations, address staffing needs, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
- Partner with store supervisors to identify and develop plans for VIP customer engagement, events, and outreach opportunities
- Ensure proper functioning of all sales support systems and maintain store standards
- Build and manage client development activities for self, supervisors, and all sales professionals
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years in sales including 5 years of management experience within luxury retail
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to motivate and manage diverse sales teams

Experience
Minimum 10 years in sales with at least 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment. Prior experience in jewelry and watch retail is preferred, along with demonstrated success in a multinational organization.
Education
University degree or higher qualification required.
