Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail Manager in Seoul to lead store sales, client development and a high-performing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store sales organisation to achieve and exceed sales plans and profitability targets; translate corporate objectives into local action plans.
- Develop, coach and mentor store supervisors and sales professionals to maximise individual and team performance, retention and engagement.
- Design and execute client development strategies, including events, outreach and personalised clienteling, to grow high-value relationships and conversion.
- Use sales reports and analytics to identify opportunities, set priorities and implement corrective action plans to improve sell-through, conversion and average transaction value.
- Ensure robust store operations and controls: audit readiness, systems functionality, maintenance of the boutique environment and favourable ROI on major investments.
- Conduct frequent store visits to assess performance, resolve operational issues and reinforce the Tiffany client experience and service standards.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, cultivate teamwork and maintain high standards of visual presentation and compliance.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a management role within retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written).
- Demonstrable leadership, coaching and people-management capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and client development experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with retail systems (Achieve system experience preferred).
