Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail Learning Manager for Australia and New Zealand to lead coaching and training across the store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver performance-based coaching to Client Advisors and Team Managers on the sales floor, focusing on immediate application and impact
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Retail Learning Coaches to implement training programs consistently across all stores
- Partner with Store Directors and Team Managers to develop 30–60–90 day coaching plans for identified performers
- Drive performance against key metrics including sales, average unit retail, conversion rates, Mystery Shopping scores, Net Promoter Scores, and clienteling
- Ensure training programs translate into consistent, daily in-store behaviours through effective learning sustainment strategies
- Identify and deliver targeted skill-building exercises and workshops tailored to store and individual needs
- Champion adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and assess post-training application
- Lead onboarding programs for new Client Advisors and support designated stores on a quarterly basis
- Provide strategic direction and coaching leadership to align learning priorities with market objectives and South Asia Pacific Retail Excellence strategy
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of retail experience in luxury or elevated client-focused environments, including sales and people leadership roles
- Proven track record in performance-based coaching, team leadership, and driving sales and client loyalty outcomes
- Strong analytical ability to interpret retail KPIs and translate data into actionable, coachable behaviours
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience leading change and tracking behavioural impact
- Luxury retail expertise or background in the jewellery or watch industry strongly preferred

Experience
Minimum 10 years of retail experience in luxury or elevated client-focused environments, with proven expertise in performance-based coaching, team leadership, and driving sales and client loyalty outcomes. Previous experience in people leadership roles and demonstrated success in implementing training programs and coaching initiatives across multiple retail locations are essential.
