Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail Learning Manager in Singapore to lead coaching strategy, develop field coaches, and drive sales excellence across APAC luxury stores.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead performance-based coaching on the sales floor 90–100% of the time, providing in-the-moment feedback on client experience, relationships, selling, and leadership skills measured against key performance indicators such as sales, AUR, conversion, Mystery Shopping scores, and Net Promoter Scores
  • Coach, develop, and guide the team of Field Coaches to implement training programs across stores, including mentorship, feedback, and active advocacy for internal career growth
  • Develop and execute 30–60–90 coaching plans for mid-to-low performers in partnership with Field Coaches and Store Leaders, monitoring progress weekly and monthly
  • Ensure training program adoption and translation to daily in-store behaviors; assess post-training application and work with store leaders to evolve behaviors
  • Identify store and employee-level learning needs and develop targeted skill-building exercises and workshops using Tiffany & Co. programs and resources
  • Drive adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and ensure application of knowledge to roles
  • Facilitate onboarding for new retail members on a quarterly basis, assimilating talent and introducing brand heritage and storytelling
  • Manage retail learning budgets, including partnerships with LVMH Houses, and measure ROI across all learning programs
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve program effectiveness and commercial outcomes
  • Coach teams on client experience, client relationships, selling skills, and brand history, heritage, and storytelling

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of retail experience in a luxury environment or elevated client-related context
  • Prior roles should include both sales performance and people leadership (e.g., Coach, Team Manager, Store Director, or Multi-site/Market Business Partner)
  • Proven track record in driving sales, building client relationships and loyalty, leading and motivating teams, and delivering performance-based coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with headquarters and market teams to share feedback and influence store needs
  • Ability to assess retail KPIs and correlate them to coachable behaviors and performance drivers
  • Expertise in leading change, tracking results, and measuring behavior impact
  • Strong attentive listening, interpersonal skills, and communicative optimism
  • Proven facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence outcomes
