Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-the-moment, performance-based coaching on the sales floor for Client Advisors and Team Managers (90–100% of the role), focused on client experience, relationships and selling behaviours.
  • Drive measurable improvements in retail KPIs (sales, AUR, conversion, mystery shop, NPS, clienteling and appointment metrics) through targeted coaching and follow-up.
  • Design and implement 30-60-90 coaching plans for mid-to-low performers in partnership with Store Directors and Team Managers; monitor progress and track outcomes weekly and monthly.
  • Translate classroom and eLearning content into sustained in-store behaviours; identify and deliver micro-lessons, skill-building exercises and workshops to reinforce learning.
  • Promote and drive adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and support onboarding for new Client Advisors in designated stores.
  • Partner with store, market and North America Retail Excellence teams to align coaching strategy with market objectives and provide feedback on store needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail or client-facing experience in a luxury or elevated service environment, including demonstrable sales and people leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of performance-based coaching that delivered measurable improvements in sales and client metrics.
  • Strong ability to assess retail KPIs and translate them into coachable behaviours and action plans.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at store and headquarters levels.
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
