Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach Client Advisors and Team Managers on the sales floor, providing in-the-moment feedback on client experience, client relationships, selling skills, and leadership skills and behaviors for 90–100% of the time.
  • Measure performance through key performance indicators, including sales (the core focus), AUR, conversion, mystery shop, Net Promoter Scores, client relationships, clienteling, and appointments.
  • Approach coaching with curiosity and optimism, recognizing positive contributions and progress.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to pursue excellence and reach its potential through consistent daily behaviors.
  • Partner with Store Directors and Team Managers to develop 30-60-90 coaching plans for mid-to-low performers.
  • Determine approaches to improve the performance and behaviors of identified individuals.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching on sales in store and attend one-to-one touch bases led by Team Managers.
  • Monitor and track each coachee’s progress weekly and monthly in conjunction with their 30-60-90 plan.
  • Ensure training programs translate into daily in-store behaviors.
  • Assess post-training application and work with store leaders to evolve behaviors.
  • Determine needs at both store and individual employee level to target support.
  • Identify sales-floor skill-building exercises and workshops (micro-lessons) to practise skills and behaviors in line with Tiffany & Co. programs and resources.
  • Drive adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and application of learning to the role.
  • Participate in, attend, and lead training sessions to understand the in-store sustainment required.
  • Ensure new hires adopt and apply Tiffany & Co. Client Experience and Selling expectations and assimilate into their roles.
  • Support quarterly onboarding facilitation for designated stores.
  • Partner with Team Managers; Team Managers and Store Directors retain ultimate accountability for follow-up and consistency of coachee behaviors.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, client relationships and loyalty, team leadership, and performance-based coaching.
