Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead in-the-moment coaching and feedback on the sales floor (90–100% of time) focused on client experience, relationship-building, and selling behaviors, measured by KPIs including sales, AUR, conversion, mystery shop scores, and net promoter scores
  • Develop and monitor 30–60–90 day coaching plans for mid-to-low performers, with 1:1 coaching sessions on sales floor and in team manager led touchbases
  • Assess post-training application and work with store leaders to evolve behaviors, identifying store-level and individual skill gaps
  • Facilitate skill-building exercises, workshops, and micro-lessons to practice Tiffany & Co. programs and resources on the sales floor
  • Drive adoption of the Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and ensure knowledge application to daily role execution
  • Participate in, attend, and lead training sessions to understand sustainment requirements and ensure training translates to consistent store behaviors
  • Support new-hire onboarding facilitation on a quarterly basis to ensure assimilation and adoption of client experience and selling expectations
  • Partner with Store Directors, Team Managers, and Market Vice Presidents to share feedback, track results, and influence store-level outcomes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience in a luxury environment or elevated client-related setting
  • Prior roles including sales and people leadership experience (such as Team Manager, Store Director, or Multi-Site/Market Business Partner)
  • Proven track record in sales performance, client relationships and loyalty, team leadership, and performance-based coaching
  • Expertise in assessing retail KPIs and correlating them to coachable behaviors
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and present effectively, communicating with optimism and influence
  • Expertise in driving change, tracking results, and measuring behavioral impact
