Tiffany & Co. Retail Learning & Development Manager in Paris. Design and deliver luxury retail training programs across France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Monaco. Permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate support teams and regional stakeholders to design innovative curriculums and learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities, key results, cultural values, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Adapt global training content to align with market-specific needs and ensure employee awareness of training and development events and resources
  • Facilitate instructional material focused on skill development and behavior change to drive business impact and desired outcomes across leadership, manager, high-potential, and luxury retail sales training programs
  • Establish credibility as an instructor, create a positive learning climate, and deliver various learning methodologies to diverse employee levels
  • Monitor and observe daily client interactions in Tiffany retail stores to ensure sales and service standards remain consistently high and brand behaviors are demonstrated
  • Deliver constructive feedback, identify performance gaps, and recommend short- and long-term solutions including coaching, training classes, and resource utilization
  • Develop measurement tools and strategies that assess reaction to learning, knowledge transfer, job application, and business impact
  • Measure learning outcomes through post-training endeavors (surveys, follow-up, correspondence) and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process, maintaining clear and timely communication
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring quality and on-time delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-8 years of retail, training, instructional design, classroom facilitation, or performance consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Highly effective facilitation and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with ability to execute innovative solutions
  • Self-motivated and accountable with confidence in designing and delivering leadership, manager, high-potential, and luxury retail sales training programs
  • Proven experience developing measurement tools and strategies focused on learning outcomes and business impact
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with proven research capabilities
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all employee levels
  • Ability to manage change and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including possible weekend hours

Experience
