Role & Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to in-store activities to deliver exceptional client service results.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to agreed-upon strategies.
- Collaborate openly and transparently with retail teams to embody the company's 'People Promise.'
- Engage with functional market teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of luxury retail business pillars.
- Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and contribute to data-driven insights.
- Execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project, culminating in a professional presentation to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and work effectively in a team.
- Highly adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in and passion for the luxury retail industry.

Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.
Education
Rising senior or recent graduate preferred.
