Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail HR Intern in Paris — 6-month internship starting July 2026 to support recruitment, onboarding and HR projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for retail roles: publish job adverts, screen CVs, conduct telephone pre-qualifications and support interview processes.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and facilitate seamless integration into boutique teams.
- Support personnel administration tasks including preparation of hiring files, offer letters and VIE programme documentation.
- Draft and distribute HR communications and newsletters to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and execution of internal engagement activities and divisional events, preparing organisational notes as required.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects, notably the digitalisation of employee files and related process improvements.
Qualifications
- Current student in a business school or human-resources programme (internship agreement required).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and strong command of English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and to manage projects autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a constructive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical capacity and ability to synthesise information clearly.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional HR experience required, though exposure to recruitment or administrative HR tasks is advantageous.

Enrolled in a recognised business school or human-resources programme; formal internship (convention de stage) required.
