Tiffany & Co. Retail Field Coach, Mexico City. Partner with store teams to elevate client experience and drive sales performance through coaching, training, and leadership development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Observe and assess daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing constructive feedback aligned with Tiffany knowledge, client experience standards, and selling skill benchmarks
- Monitor and maintain comprehensive coaching logs documenting retail team performance, progression, and time invested in skill development
- Ensure brand behaviors and standards—including grooming, image, etiquette, and store presentation—are demonstrated consistently across assigned retail locations
- Partner with store leadership to identify performance opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and Net Promoter Score analysis
- Develop and execute targeted coaching and training plans for markets and individual stores to address performance gaps and drive client experience elevation
- Lead frequent check-in meetings with store management, regional retail performance teams, and learning specialists to track coaching progress and identify emerging opportunities
- Update and manage employee training records within Tiffany's Oracle Learning Management System (LMS)
- Model a coaching-first culture and support store and team managers in developing their own coaching capabilities
- Provide feedback to store leaders on leadership rituals and on-floor presence effectiveness
- Collaborate with Regional and Local Retail Learning Managers to design, schedule, and facilitate training sessions aligned with regional business objectives
- Organize and facilitate inspiring onboarding and induction experiences for new hires, partnering with subject matter experts
- Develop monthly training calendars in partnership with store management, mapping learning solutions to specific business objectives and market observations
- Assess the quality and impact of in-store training initiatives through follow-up activities and active sales floor presence

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail field coaching, training and development, or talent management, ideally within luxury retail or high-service hospitality environments; hands-on sales floor coaching and team leadership experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development, or related field preferred.
