Role & Responsibilities
- Observe and evaluate daily client interactions on the sales floor to ensure consistent delivery of the Tiffany client experience and brand standards.
- Partner with store leadership to design, deliver and follow up on coaching plans that drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate targeted trainings and workshops aligned to business objectives and retail excellence initiatives.
- Conduct frequent check-ins with store teams, document coaching conversations and track progress against agreed actions and KPIs.
- Drive adoption of best-practice selling behaviours, clienteling techniques and product knowledge across multi-site retail locations.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador, modelling Tiffany values and supporting inclusivity, optimism and creativity in customer-facing teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, retail coaching, or store leadership.
- Proven track record coaching sales teams to improve client experience and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence store leadership and frontline teams.
- Comfortable working across multiple store locations with willingness to travel as required within the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, retail coaching, training or store management, with demonstrable improvements in client experience and sales performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail considered.
