Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store Managers and the Operations Executive to ensure retail operations align with global standards.
  • Work with various departments to identify and drive business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to Retail Foundations standards and provide necessary support and training.
  • Maintain full compliance with all policies, rules, and regulations within the retail team.
  • Lead by example in the market and support local event coordination and planning.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with jewelry experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in country management.

Skills

Dynamic and attentive leadership abilities. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients. Ability to embody and promote values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, with significant leadership and country management exposure.
