Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute bespoke in‑store and virtual client activations for festive moments, product launches and High Jewelry events.
- Act as primary contact for production companies, creative agencies and external vendors; source partners aligned to the Tiffany aesthetic.
- Create and maintain the regional calendar of client actions and events, coordinating timings with merchandising and corporate teams.
- Manage end‑to‑end event logistics including invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, travel, gifting, billing and vendor invoicing.
- Provide on‑site support at events and collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth delivery of all activation elements.
- Oversee market client actions budget and manage spend controls for events and activations.
- Produce post‑event reporting and ROI analysis to evaluate retail impact and inform future activation strategy.
- Partner with corporate stakeholders to maintain brand standards while implementing locally relevant approaches.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of event management experience in luxury retail or high‑end hospitality (regional responsibility preferred).
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational, project‑management and time‑management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solution‑oriented, agile problem solver able to adapt in fast‑paced retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship building and stakeholder management ability.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the United States as required.

Experience
Minimum 5 years required; 7+ years of event management experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred, with demonstrated regional or multi‑store activation responsibility.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Business or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
