Tiffany & Co. – Retail Director, Australia & New Zealand (9-month parental leave contract), Sydney.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead retail performance across Australia and New Zealand with accountability for sales, profitability, productivity, and operational outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, forecasts, budgets, and people development initiatives
- Coach and develop Store Leaders to maximize performance and build leadership capability across the network
- Drive client development initiatives and ensure delivery of exceptional Tiffany client experiences
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Client Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver market objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance business performance
- Lead and embed company-wide retail excellence programs and priorities
- Maintain and foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Significant senior retail leadership experience within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer-focused environments
- Proven track record of leading multi-site retail operations and delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated success in developing high-performing leadership teams
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets and sales targets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Minimum 10 years of significant senior retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or premium customer-focused environments, with demonstrated success leading multi-site operations and building high-performing teams.
