Tiffany & Co. Retail Coach position in Sydney, NSW. Lead training and development for premium jewelry retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support leadership teams in coaching Client Advisors through on-floor observation and real-time feedback on strengths and development areas
- Identify store performance opportunities by analyzing sales dashboards, NPS scores, and direct observation
- Partner with store leaders and HR to review sales KPI performance at both store and individual Client Advisor levels
- Deliver comprehensive training programs covering client services, sales techniques, product knowledge, and new starter onboarding
- Assess and review training impact to reinforce learning outcomes and embed skills into daily practice

- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in results-driven, premium customer service environments, preferably within the jewelry and watch industry sector.
Education
Graduate gemologist degree or coursework through the Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
