Tiffany & Co. Retail Coach position in Vietnam. Drive coaching excellence, client experience, and team development across luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and observe daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing constructive feedback against Tiffany knowledge, client experience, and selling skills benchmarks
- Create and implement market- and store-level coaching plans with visibility on progression and time allocation
- Establish regular check-in schedules with store leadership and market teams to discuss coaching outcomes, progress, and opportunities
- Partner with store leaders to identify performance gaps through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS data
- Deliver short- and long-term coaching solutions to address performance gaps, including one-on-one coaching, training classes, and materials review
- Ensure brand behaviors and standards are consistently demonstrated across sales floors (grooming, image, etiquette, store presentation)
- Provide leadership feedback to store leaders on Daily T meetings, leader floor presence, and one-to-one conversations
- Facilitate and organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires in collaboration with regional subject matter experts
- Partner with Regional and Local Retail Learning Managers to design and facilitate trainings aligned with business objectives
- Prepare monthly training calendars and map learning solutions (Daily T sessions, in-store training) based on store performance and regional priorities
- Update training records and coaching logs in Tiffany's Oracle Learning Management System
- Lead by example and foster a coaching and feedback culture with Store and Team Managers

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail field coaching, training and development, or luxury brand customer service, with demonstrated success in facilitating team learning and driving performance improvements.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, or related field preferred.
