Role & Responsibilities
- Support leadership teams in coaching Client Advisors through observation of sales floor interactions and delivery of real-time developmental feedback
- Partner with store leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis of sales dashboards and Net Promoter Score data
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams in reviewing sales performance, KPIs, and individual Client Advisor assessments
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on client services, sales techniques, product knowledge, and new team member onboarding
- Evaluate training effectiveness and reinforce learning concepts through follow-up coaching and embedded skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in results-driven, premium customer service environments
- Senior leadership experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Graduate gemologist certification or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) coursework
- Training and development experience with proven facilitation skills
- Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in premium customer service and results-driven retail environments. Prior experience in the jewelry and watch industry is highly valued. Demonstrated expertise in team development, coaching, and training delivery preferred.
Education
Graduate gemologist degree or completion of GIA or GAA gemology coursework preferred. No formal educational requirement specified for entry; professional certifications in training and development are advantageous.
