Role & Responsibilities

  • Support leadership teams in coaching Client Advisors through observation of sales floor interactions and delivery of real-time developmental feedback
  • Partner with store leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis of sales dashboards and Net Promoter Score data
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams in reviewing sales performance, KPIs, and individual Client Advisor assessments
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on client services, sales techniques, product knowledge, and new team member onboarding
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and reinforce learning concepts through follow-up coaching and embedded skill development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in results-driven, premium customer service environments
  • Senior leadership experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Graduate gemologist certification or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) coursework
  • Training and development experience with proven facilitation skills
  • Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
