Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and courteously, ensuring a luxurious experience that enhances service and sales.
  • Utilize storytelling to passionately share knowledge about Tiffany & Co.
  • Deliver a knowledgeable and personalized experience for every client.
  • Attend to the needs of clients, directing them throughout the store while ensuring Tiffany's standards are met.
  • Engage in bespoke conversations to elevate the in-store experience and identify client needs, partnering them with the appropriate Client Advisor.
  • Support hospitality, tours, and events, including door coverage and elevator operation.
  • Act as a concierge to ensure clients have the best experience in Milan.
  • Manage floor waiting lists efficiently and execute best practices to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
  • Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
  • Foster collaboration and thrive in a team environment.
  • Support company initiatives and demonstrate adaptability to change.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museums.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in Italy.

Experience
