Tiffany & Co. in Miami seeks a Retail Administrative Assistant (Southeast) to support regional leadership across 22 stores in FL, LA, GA and TX.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Market Vice President, functional regional team and Store Directors across a 22‑store territory spanning Florida, Louisiana, Georgia and Texas.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including oversight of the Tiffany Register outreach and donation budgets, verification of charges, assembly of tax paperwork and maintenance of budgetary controls.
- Prepare and compile regular reports, executive summaries and ad hoc analyses to support retail performance and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate travel, calendar management and expense reporting (using ExpenseVisor) for regional leadership and assist with booking and logistics.
- Plan and execute in‑store and market events and new‑hire functions — handling guest lists, invitations, catering, security, merchandising and on‑site logistics.
- Support logistical preparation for conferences and market meetings including room bookings, catering coordination and conference material preparation.
- Act as a brand ambassador at store level during peak periods to support traffic flow and uphold service standards, ensuring the delivery of the Tiffany Experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of administrative or management support experience, including experience supporting executives.
- Proven capability to cultivate and reinforce a luxury client‑service culture aligned with the Tiffany Experience.
- Demonstrated discretion handling highly confidential client and company information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum three to five years of progressively responsible administrative or management support, preferably supporting senior executives in a retail or luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, communications or a related field preferred.
