Tiffany & Co. Repair Services Representative in Queens, New York — full-time permanent role managing repair order coordination and workflow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately assess and categorise repair orders, identifying appropriate technical assignments based on individual technician expertise and anticipated labour requirements
- Capture all relevant repair information in Tiffany's systems; escalate anticipated servicing issues proactively to management
- Identify order volume, repair type, and expected customer due dates, managing short-deadline and delayed orders with organised prioritisation
- Complete all processing work to Tiffany quality and design standards; read, understand, and follow repair instructions; inspect orders for additional needs and escalate appropriately
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards based on work mix and role requirements
- Maintain assigned orders in organised fashion ensuring adherence to due dates; report late or potentially late orders to administration or management
- Develop working knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products including designers, collections, materials, and manufacturing methods
- Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques resulting in quality, safety, or productivity improvements; share skills and techniques with coworkers
- Provide assistance throughout the service centre; perform alternate duties as needed; assist administration with workflow management; participate in special projects
- Comply with all occupational health and safety requirements including personal protective equipment, hazardous material handling, machine guarding, and ergonomics
- Maintain a safe workstation free from risks by complying with Tiffany's safety policies; immediately report safety incidents and near-misses
- Contribute to safe and efficient workshop operation; maintain common areas and equipment; report worn, broken, or unsafe tools and equipment; identify and report infrastructure gaps
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative business environment, with exposure to technical or repair service settings highly valued.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 31 per hour.
