Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail and corporate roles within the Dominican Republic market, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
- Draft and publish job descriptions, coordinate vacancy advertising and maintain active candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach.
- Screen CVs, conduct telephone/initial interviews, and assess candidate fit against role competencies and brand standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, prepare interview briefs and collect structured feedback.
- Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre‑employment checks, background verifications and onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR operations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system; produce regular status reports for hiring managers.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, selection techniques and local employment regulations to ensure compliant hiring decisions.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives that improve time‑to‑hire, talent quality and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience within luxury retail, hospitality or professional services is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous requisitions and stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presentation and high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Solid organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Working knowledge of relevant local labour legislation and recruitment compliance practices preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is desirable.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
