Tiffany & Co. seeks PR Manager for North America to lead strategic communications driving earned media impact across print, digital, and experiential platforms in New York.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute public relations programs aligned with North America business goals, managing Tiffany representation across top-ranked print and digital media outlets to promote key initiatives and moments
  • Maintain comprehensive records and tracking systems for all secured and upcoming media coverage across priority outlets
  • Serve as primary point of contact for press inquiries and oversee dissemination of all press materials, securing coverage both proactively and reactively
  • Generate positive publicity through strategic placement in print and digital editorial, broadcast media, influencer partnerships, and curated media events
  • Oversee broadcast and digital media databases, press grid management, and comprehensive coverage reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Events, Marketing, and Entertainment to develop event concepts and press presentations that drive editorial coverage
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with print and digital press; identify and cultivate new media outlets and opportunities to support core business categories
  • Leverage media buying opportunities and partner with media teams on custom content initiatives and added-value programs
  • Oversee annual internal inventory processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Partner with entertainment teams on North American influencer programs and social media opportunities to amplify brand reach
  • Lead logistics for all Blue Book and high jewelry-related initiatives, overseeing comprehensive print and digital media coverage for high jewelry collections
  • Shape integrated PR moments, bespoke experiences, and press presentations for campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, retail initiatives, and award season activations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of media relations and PR experience within luxury goods or high jewelry
  • Creative thinking and persuasive communication skills grounded in strong understanding of media relations principles
  • Undergraduate college degree
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of the relationship between PR strategies and overall business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Budget management experience across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Flexibility for non-traditional work hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Willingness to travel to key markets as required

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 155,000 per annum.
