Role & Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of retail and trade store projects across North America, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to brand quality standards.
- Develop and manage project briefs, programs/schedules and budgets aligned with the Store Development Lifecycle and key milestones.
- Coordinate and align stakeholders including Store Design, Regional and Market leadership, Procurement, IT, Security, Merchandising, Operations and external consultants.
- Manage bidding, contract administration, POs and financial controls; attend monthly cost meetings to monitor budget, forecasts, contingencies and change orders.
- Oversee construction phase: run weekly OAC meetings, conduct site visits, manage change orders and ensure handover of defect‑free stores.
- Maintain and negotiate landlord work letters, perform initial site reviews and advise on market conditions affecting schedule and budget.
- Utilize TCO systems (Unifier, Coupa, PlanGrid, Microsoft Projects) for drawings, budget control and procurement processes.
- Perform post‑opening audits to identify improvements, support prototyping and collaborate with Procurement and Store Design to exploit cost and schedule efficiencies.
- Travel approximately 35% to support site inspections and project delivery across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management (or closely related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in store planning, design or construction within a retail expansion environment, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Proven experience collaborating with vendors, consultants and general contractors across the North America market.
- Strong communication and managerial skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel ~35%.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in store planning, design and construction program delivery within retail—ideally luxury—managing budgets, schedules, vendors and multi‑stakeholder programs across North America.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management (or equivalent).
