Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product calendars, category architectures and product mappings to ensure accuracy across development stages.
  • Analyse portfolio performance (classification, price points, AUR and trends) to inform assortment evolution and product recommendations.
  • Contribute to new product development through market research, competitive benchmarking and proactive idea generation.
  • Support pricing strategy and model pricing scenarios for IR (Individually Registered) diamonds by integrating stone characteristics, market benchmarks and client value drivers.
  • Lead creation of insights, reports and presentations on product performance, trends and competitive landscape for cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular competitor field research and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for assortment and retail execution.
  • Support lifecycle planning by identifying optimisation, evolution or discontinuation opportunities and ensuring follow‑through on projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising and Retail teams to deliver actionable insights that elevate desirability and commercial performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing, merchandising or a luxury category (jewellery preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the diamond and bridal category, including client journey and product storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with experience translating data into commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment and influence cross‑functional teams.
